Eligibility:
Customers are eligible for a refund within 7 days of the delivery date. To be eligible, the Nailsy electrical nail cutter must be unused and in the same condition as received, with its original packaging. Proof of purchase is required for all refund requests.

Refund Process:
Customers must contact our customer service team at nailsy.help@gmail.com to initiate a refund. Once the request is received and approved, customers will be given instructions on returning the item.

Refund Method:
Refunds will be issued back to the original payment method used for the purchase within 7-10 business days of receiving the returned item.

Exceptions:
Refunds will not be provided for Nailsy electrical nail cutters that have been used, damaged, or not in their original condition. Items purchased on sale or clearance are also not eligible for refunds.

Customer Responsibilities:
Customers are responsible for covering the return shipping costs. Items should be returned using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
